Listen - we are all a little confused on what the NEW "new" rules are on a day to day basis, but we wanted to make sure that you are aware of what to expect when dining with us during the foreseeable future.
We don't know the next steps, and we are working every day to provide more options to you, our guests. But what we do know is, that without YOUR support, this next phase would not have been possible.
The SAME awesome PRIME STEAKS & CEVICHES will be served, as well as all your Ceviche Bowl favorites and new exciting dishes showcasing steak and seafood above and beyond.

A new fresh seafood and Prime Steak market, so you can wow your friends anytime any day.
You, me and everyone we know will thank you for wearing a MASK ONLY if unvaccinated. (except when seating and eating - that would be tough)
Menus will now be offered DIGITALLY. We will always have disposable menus should you need it.
We upgraded our BATHROOMS to touch-less technology.
Additional hand SANITIZING stations have been added throughout the restaurant and our teams have completed additional service training.
The kitchen will continue to serve your old favorites, new favorites, and future favorites with the flavors you have come to love. It’s a WIN-WIN situation.
Due to a decreased capacity, at the moment each table will have a DINING SLOT of 90 minutes, so that the next guests table will be ready for them. Please understand this.
